Inktober01

Here’s the first 3 Inktober pieces for this year! This October I’m taking the opportunity to (try and) tell part of a story I’ve had in the back of my mind for a while that I (temporarily) call ‘Arcanum Academy’. Every day I’m introducing a character or an illustrative scene paired with a snippet of prose... you can follow the story on my Instagram: mlm_illustration 
I’m also really experimenting with the style and stylistic rules of these pieces as I go along, so the first one (Amelia) doesn’t completely align with the following two - its really more of a fun way of challenging myself and put this story down to paper!
